Bad cut and worse customer service.

I have been a customer of this establishment for myself and my 4 children for a number of years. The proximity to my house and relative convenience has resulted in my business. I will never do business with this place again. I entered the store with no one in waiting room . I signed in because there was only a 5 minute waiting time. Then I was bumped with no explanation to an additional 15 minutes. I asked and was told that online check in bumped me. Not sure why. Hen after waiting the 15 minutes, I was bumping yet again. When I asked I was not even given an apology but more of a lame repeat of the first explanation. No effort to remedy. When I called to speak to a manager I was given a chirpy customer service voice from a supposed manager that implied that she didn’t know anything about what happened. BS! The store is not big and there is no way. Either way they did not care. Which is the apparent MO of this place. I asked to speak to a regional manager but who knows if I will hear or if they will do anything. Don’t waste my time and then spit out stupid policy rather than real customer service. I guess your business model doesn’t value repeat business.

Candy has been cutting my hair for many years. She is very good and very personable. I've never been disappointed with my haircut or the service. I highly recommend Candy.
